Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ to the delivery partner who collects your return.
We work exclusively with two of the best carrier service, DHL and UPS in order to provide you with the best experience possible.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include customer duties and taxes and are thus listed as gross prices.
For all other countries we will deliver as DDU (delivery duty unpaid). If you select one of those countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
Environmental responsibility matters to us, therefore we, at ARMADIO 55 offer an eco-friendly packaging in the highest quality to ensure you a distinct shopping experience with us.
Our eco box is made out of sustainably sourced recycled cardboard, it is plastic free and recyclable.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to ARMADIO55.com.
For European clients:
You have 14 days from the arrival date of your package to return your purchase for a full refund. In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, dust-bag, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories. Please note that we will only accept return via UPS as we must always have a tracking number. Any return proceeded differently, will not be taken into consideration (no refund).
These are the steps for returning your items:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, your full name and the title of the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will send you a UPS Return Label via Email within 48h.
- Print the UPS Return Label and attach it to the outer port of the box.
- Drop the package at your nearest UPS Access Point.
For non-European clients:
For the moment, returns / exchanges shipment costs are covered by customer.
Please use trusted shipment carrier to avoid losses or delays. If the package returned by customer will be lost, no refund will be issued. We recommend you to insure all of your packages before sending to us.
Once we confirm that return package has been received, inspected and accepted, your refund will be issued (excluding original shipping fees) and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
You refund will be made using to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
As your order will have been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear should be tried-on over your own underwear without removing the protective strip.
- the designer tag is not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the designer tag constitute an integral part of each product; and/or
- you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
